As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of employees.

Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing proceduresManage and motivate team members to achieve performance goalsRun shifts efficiently, ensuring timely order preparation and deliveryHandle cash management and financial transactions accuratelyInteract with customers to resolve issues and maintain high satisfaction levelsAssist in training and developing new team membersEnsure compliance with food safety and hygiene standardsMaintain a clean and organized work environmentAnswer phones and process customer ordersCollaborate with the store manager to implement company policies and proceduresContribute to inventory management and stock control

QualificationsProven leadership experience in a fast-paced food service environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitudeProficiency in math and problem-solvingAbility to multitask and make quick decisions in a high-pressure environmentEffective communication and interpersonal skillsPhysical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periodsFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysBasic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systemsHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Food safety certification (preferred)
