QualificationsProven experience in retail or food service management, including running shifts and store operationsStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate team membersExcellent customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitudeProficiency in cash handling and basic math skillsProblem-solving abilities and decisiveness in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsEffective communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work settingPhysical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periodsFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekendsHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Proficiency in relevant computer systems and point-of-sale software (preferred)
