As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our team to success.

Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing proceduresManage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standardsRun shifts efficiently, ensuring timely order preparation and deliveryHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionallyManage cash transactions and maintain accurate financial recordsAssist in inventory management and supply orderingEnsure compliance with food safety and hygiene standardsContribute to a positive work environment and team moraleParticipate in employee training and development initiativesAssist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goalsPerform various tasks as needed, including answering phones, taking orders, and cleaning

QualificationsProven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service or retail industryStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a teamExcellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanorProficiency in math and problem-solvingAbility to multitask and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsProficient in cash handling and basic financial managementKnowledge of food safety regulations and proceduresExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPhysical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periodsHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
