Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning during shiftsManage and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer serviceHandle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial recordsRespond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptlyAssist in inventory management and supply orderingEnsure compliance with food safety and quality standardsParticipate in hands-on tasks such as food preparation, order taking, and cleaningSupport the store manager in achieving sales targets and operational goalsTrain and develop new team membersMaintain a clean and organized work environment

QualificationsPrevious experience in food service or retail management preferredStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitudeProficiency in math and problem-solvingAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentEffective communication and interpersonal skillsBasic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systemsPhysical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periodsFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekendsHigh school diploma or equivalentFood safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
