As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of employees to success.

QualificationsProven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in the food service industryStrong math and problem-solving skills for effective shift management and financial handlingExcellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanorDemonstrated ability to manage and motivate employeesProficiency in cash handling and basic accounting principlesExceptional organizational and multitasking abilitiesAttention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standardsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPhysical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periodsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business management is a plus
