Domino's Pizza in Plano, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at our 7060 Burroghs Ave location. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.

Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing proceduresManage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standardsEnsure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptlyHandle cash management and financial transactions accuratelyCoordinate and supervise shift schedules and employee assignmentsMaintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standardsAssist in inventory management and supply orderingImplement and enforce company policies and proceduresCollaborate with the store manager to achieve sales targets and improve store performanceTrain new employees and provide ongoing coaching to team membersRespond to and resolve customer complaints in a professional mannerAssist in food preparation and delivery operations as needed

QualificationsPrevious experience in restaurant management or supervisory roleStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanorProficiency in cash handling and basic math skillsAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesEffective communication skills, both verbal and writtenBasic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems and other store technologyKnowledge of food safety regulations and practicesFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPhysical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periodsHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Food handler's certification (preferred)
