As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our team to success.

Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing proceduresManage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standardsRun shifts efficiently, ensuring timely order preparation and deliveryHandle cash management and financial transactions accuratelyInteract positively with customers, addressing concerns and resolving issuesAssist in training and developing new team membersMaintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the storeImplement and follow company policies and proceduresSupport inventory management and stock controlCollaborate with the store manager to achieve sales targets and improve store performanceAssist in scheduling and staffing to meet business needsEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards

QualificationsProven leadership experience in a fast-paced food service environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitudeProficiency in math and problem-solvingAbility to multitask and manage time effectivelyPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 poundsFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysBasic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systemsHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Food safety certification (preferred)Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsTeam player with a can-do attitude
