Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 1620 Shackelford Rd location in Florissant, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our team to success.

Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing proceduresManage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standardsRun shifts efficiently, ensuring timely order preparation and deliveryHandle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial recordsInteract professionally with customers to resolve issues and enhance satisfactionAssist in training and developing new team membersEnsure compliance with food safety and hygiene standardsContribute to inventory management and stock controlCollaborate with the store manager to implement company policies and proceduresAssist in achieving store sales targets and operational goals

QualificationsProven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the food service industryStrong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanorExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesDemonstrated proficiency in cash handling and basic math skillsProblem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environmentEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 poundsBasic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems and generating reportsHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Food safety certification (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
