QualificationsProven experience in food service or retail management preferredStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitudeProficiency in cash handling and basic math skillsAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsFlexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPhysical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periodsEffective problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesBasic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems and other store technologyFood safety knowledge or willingness to obtain certificationHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
