As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

QualificationsProven experience in a supervisory role in the food service industryStrong leadership and communication skillsExcellent customer service orientationProficiency in math and problem-solvingAbility to manage and motivate team members effectivelyStrong organizational and multitasking skillsFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekendsPhysical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periodsFamiliarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Food safety certification (preferred)
