QualificationsProven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitudeProficiency in basic math and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume settingFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPhysical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periodsBasic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems and other store technologyHigh school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plusFood safety certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employmentDemonstrated time management and organizational skillsAbility to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situationsTeam-oriented mindset with a passion for developing and motivating others
