Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at 3441 Pheasant Meadow Drive in Ofallon, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in leading our team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving store performance.

Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environmentOversee daily store operations, including inventory management, quality control, and customer serviceTrain and develop team members to maintain high standards of product quality and serviceManage shift schedules and ensure appropriate staffing levelsHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionallyAssist in implementing marketing strategies and promotional activitiesEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and company policiesCollaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and improve store performanceAnalyze sales data and make data-driven decisions to optimize operationsMaintain a clean and organized store environment

QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 1-2 years of experience in food service or retail managementValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to pass a criminal background checkReliable transportation with proof of auto insuranceStrong leadership skills and a desire to develop team membersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving abilities and decision-making skillsBasic computer proficiencyCustomer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional experiencesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 poundsFood safety certification (preferred but not required; training will be provided)
