Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflowLead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance standardsManage inventory, control costs, and optimize resource allocationEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and company policiesHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficientlyCollaborate with the management team to implement strategies for business growthAssist in scheduling and staffing to meet business demandsMonitor and maintain product quality standardsContribute to a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and excellenceParticipate in local marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts

QualificationsProven leadership experience in the food service industryStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skillsProficiency in basic math and computer operationsKnowledge of food safety regulations and best practicesValid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if {AGE} or 1 year if {AGE} or olderClean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background checkReliable transportation with proof of auto insuranceFlexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong customer service orientation and conflict resolution skillsBasic understanding of financial reports and labor cost managementHigh school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
