QualificationsProven leadership experience in the food service industryStrong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanorExcellent math and problem-solving skills for efficient cash handling and inventory managementAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 poundsEffective communication skills to interact with team members and customersProficiency in store operations and basic financial managementFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekendsDemonstrated ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve goalsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailWillingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologiesHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
