Job DescriptionJoin our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager at our Columbia, United States location! We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented leader to help drive our business forward. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, mentoring team members, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a collaborative and positive work environmentOversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality controlProvide outstanding customer service and resolve customer issues promptly and professionallyAssist in training and developing team members to meet performance goalsImplement and maintain company policies and proceduresCollaborate with the management team to develop and execute business strategiesEnsure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standardsManage cash handling and financial reporting proceduresContribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovationAssist in marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagementQualificationsProven leadership experience with a desire to guide and develop othersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skillsProficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systemsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentCustomer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional experiencesFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededValid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if 18 or 1 year if 19 or olderClean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background checkReliable transportation with proof of auto insuranceHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Experience in retail or food service operations (preferred)Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyGoal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving team and individual targetsAdditional InformationBENEFITS:
