Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at our 1966 Old Hwy 94 location in St Charles, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in leading our team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving store performance.

Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environmentOversee daily store operations, including opening and closing proceduresEnsure high standards of food quality, safety, and customer serviceManage inventory, control costs, and optimize store efficiencyTrain and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and best practicesHandle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly and professionallyAssist in implementing marketing strategies and promotional activitiesCollaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and performance goalsMaintain accurate records and complete required paperworkEnsure compliance with all company policies, food safety regulations, and local laws

QualificationsProven leadership experience in a fast-paced food service or retail environmentStrong people management and team-building skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesDetail-oriented with a focus on efficiency and organizationProblem-solving and decision-making skillsCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional serviceBasic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systemsKnowledge of food safety and sanitation practicesFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysValid driver's license with a clean driving record (2 years experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or older)Ability to pass a criminal background checkReliable transportation with proof of auto insuranceHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
