Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environmentEnsure high standards of food quality, customer service, and store cleanlinessManage inventory, cost control, and cash handling proceduresAssist in hiring, training, and developing team membersHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficientlyCollaborate with the store manager to implement company policies and achieve performance goalsOversee daily operations, including scheduling and assigning tasks to team membersMaintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety and sanitation guidelinesAssist in marketing initiatives and local store marketing effortsAnalyze sales data and implement strategies to improve store performance

QualificationsProven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skillsDetail-oriented with a focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfactionProficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systemsValid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background checkReliable transportation with proof of auto insuranceFlexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Customer service experience in the food service industry (preferred)Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitudeBasic math skills for inventory management and cash handling
