Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at our Kirkwood, United States location. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanlinessLead, motivate, and train team members to achieve performance goals and maintain a positive work environmentManage inventory, place orders, and control costs to maximize profitabilityHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficientlyEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and company policiesAssist in scheduling and managing staff to meet business needsSupport the Store Manager in implementing marketing initiatives and promotional activitiesAnalyze sales data and make recommendations for improving store performanceMaintain a safe and clean work environment for both customers and employeesParticipate in hands-on food preparation and delivery operations as needed

QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in food service or retail management preferredStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProven problem-solving and decision-making skillsBasic math and computer proficiencyKnowledge of food safety regulations and practicesAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysValid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience Clean driving recordAbility to pass a criminal background checkReliable transportation with proof of auto insurancePhysical ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and move quickly
