We are seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at our 7259 Manchester Rd location in Maplewood, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, leading staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and achieving business objectivesLead, train, and motivate team members to maintain high performance standardsEnsure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptlyManage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandiseCreate and adjust employee schedules to maintain optimal staffing levelsImplement and maintain company policies and proceduresAssist in managing store finances, including cash handling and reportingMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentContribute to marketing and promotional initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement

QualificationsProven experience in retail management or a similar leadership roleStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team membersExcellent customer service skills and a customer-centric mindsetProficiency in inventory management and scheduling systemsStrong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skillsExceptional communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systemsFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysKnowledge of retail operations and industry best practices
