Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at our location in St Peters, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in leading our store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving team performance.

Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environmentOversee daily store operations, including opening and closing proceduresEnsure high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation are maintainedManage inventory, control costs, and optimize store profitabilityHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionallyAssist in training and developing team membersImplement and maintain company policies and proceduresCollaborate with the store manager to achieve sales targets and improve store performanceManage scheduling and staffing to meet business needsContribute to marketing and promotional efforts to drive sales

QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if {AGE} or 1 year if {AGE} or olderClean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background checkReliable transportation with proof of auto insuranceStrong leadership skills and desire to guide and develop team membersExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProven problem-solving and decision-making skillsBasic computer proficiencyCustomer service experience, preferably in food service or retailAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysFood service or retail management experience is a plus
