Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager at our Domino's Pizza location in Festus, United States! We're looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented leader to help drive our success and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Lead and motivate a team of employees, ensuring high-quality service and product standardsOversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and cost controlTrain and develop team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environmentEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and company policiesHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionallyAssist in implementing marketing strategies and promotional activitiesContribute to achieving store performance targets and growth objectivesCollaborate with the General Manager to improve overall store efficiency and profitabilityMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for both customers and employees

QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if 18 or 1 year if 19 or olderClean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background checkDependable vehicle with proof of auto insuranceStrong leadership skills and a desire to lead and develop peopleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProblem-solving and decision-making skillsBasic computer proficiencyCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional serviceFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPrevious experience in food service or retail management is preferred but not required
