Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager at our Domino's Pizza location in Saint Louis, United States! We're seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented leader to help drive our success at 5421 Chippewa. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and developing a high-performing team.

Lead and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence and maintain high product quality standardsManage daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and cost managementEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and company policiesProvide outstanding customer service and resolve customer issues promptly and professionallyAssist in training and developing team members to meet performance goalsCollaborate with the General Manager to implement strategies for improving sales and profitabilityHandle cash management and daily financial reportingMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentParticipate in local marketing initiatives and community engagement activitiesStep in to perform various roles within the restaurant as needed, demonstrating a hands-on leadership approach

QualificationsProven leadership experience in a fast-paced food service or retail environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and interact with customersDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesProblem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, sound decisionsProficiency in basic math and inventory managementKnowledge of food safety practices and regulationsCustomer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional experiencesFlexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysValid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or olderClean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background checkReliable transportation with current auto insuranceFood handling certification preferred but not required (training will be provided)High school diploma or equivalentRestaurant or food service industry experience is a plus
