Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 1613 S 9th St location in St Louis, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in leading our team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving store performance.

Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environmentOversee daily store operations, including inventory management, quality control, and customer serviceTrain and develop team members to maintain high standards of product quality and serviceManage customer relations, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive dining experienceAssist in implementing marketing strategies and promotions to drive salesEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and company policiesCollaborate with the Store Manager to achieve performance goals and improve store metricsHandle cash management and basic accounting tasksMaintain a clean and organized store environmentAssist in scheduling and staffing to meet business needs

QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in food service or retail management preferredValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to pass a criminal background checkReliable transportation with proof of auto insuranceStrong leadership skills and desire to develop team membersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving abilities and decision-making skillsBasic computer proficiencyCustomer service orientation with a focus on satisfactionAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 poundsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsPositive attitude and enthusiasm for the Domino's brand
