Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environmentOversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient resource allocationManage customer relations, addressing concerns and maintaining high satisfaction levelsImplement and maintain quality control standards for all products and servicesMonitor and control inventory levels, minimizing waste and optimizing stockAssist in cost control measures to maximize profitabilityMultitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentCollaborate with upper management to achieve organizational goals and implement new initiativesProvide ongoing training and development opportunities for team membersEnsure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations

QualificationsProven leadership experience, preferably in a similar industryStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teamsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesDetail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfactionProficiency in inventory management and cost control techniquesFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededValid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background checkReliable personal vehicle with current auto insuranceHigh school diploma or equivalent; college degree in business or related field preferredProficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systemsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining composure under pressure
