As an Assistant Manager, you'll be an integral part of our leadership team, helping to drive success and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environmentEnsure high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service are consistently metManage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and cost managementTrain and develop team members, promoting their growth and successHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionallyAssist in implementing marketing strategies and promotions to drive salesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentCollaborate with the General Manager to achieve store performance goalsAdapt quickly to changing priorities and handle high-pressure situations effectivelyContribute to the development and implementation of new processes to improve efficiency

QualificationsValid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if {AGE} years old, or 1 year if {AGE} or olderClean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background checkReliable transportation with proof of auto insuranceStrong leadership skills and a genuine desire to lead and develop peopleFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven problem-solving abilities and sound judgmentBasic math and computer proficiencyFood safety knowledge (preferred)Previous experience in food service or retail (preferred)Detail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional serviceEnthusiasm for the brand and motivation to achieve team goals
