Domino's Pizza in Columbia, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at 1621 A Towne Dr. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in leading our store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving team performance.

Lead and motivate a team of pizza professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environmentEnsure exceptional customer service by setting high standards and leading by exampleOversee product quality control to maintain Domino's reputation for delicious pizzasManage inventory levels and implement cost control measures to optimize store profitabilityMaintain a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with food safety regulationsHandle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting during peak hoursAssist in training and developing team members to reach their full potentialCollaborate with the Store Manager to implement company policies and achieve store goalsResolve customer complaints and address team member concerns promptly and professionallySupport marketing initiatives and local store promotions to drive sales

QualificationsValid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if {AGE} years old, or 1 year if {AGE} or olderClean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background checkReliable personal vehicle with current auto insuranceStrong leadership skills and a genuine desire to guide and develop othersFlexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team membersProven problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in high-pressure situationsBasic math and computer skills for inventory management and reportingFood safety knowledge or willingness to learn and apply food handling best practicesHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Previous experience in food service or retail management (a plus)Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periodsEnthusiasm for the Domino's brand and a passion for delivering great pizza and customer experiences
