We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Assistant Manager to join our team at 3200 Kristin Way in Louisville, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and implementing company policiesSupervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support as neededManage employee schedules and resolve conflicts or issues that ariseEnsure high standards of customer service are maintained at all timesHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficientlyAssist in inventory management and ordering supplies as necessaryPrepare and analyze reports on sales, productivity, and other key performance indicatorsCollaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiencyParticipate in budget planning and cost control measuresEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
