Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 5400 Preston Hwy location in Louisville, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of employees to achieve our goals.

QualificationsProven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industryStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsProficiency in math and problem-solvingAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong organizational and time management skillsFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysProficient in cash handling and basic financial managementPhysical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periodsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenBasic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systemsHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Food safety certification (preferred)

•Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 15 people. You will need to use your stellar attitude and motivational skills to get them in the right place, at the right time and doing the right thing all while creating a great place to work.
•A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. Safety is a priority for us and we want to make sure anyone we put on the road is safe to be there. You will also need access to reliable vehicle that is insured and have a valid driver's license

•You have to be at least 18 years old.
