You will require working closely with stakeholders from Product, Marketing, Control Management, Compliance, Legal, Risk and Internal Audit Group (IAG) to enable protection and growth for the business. **Key Responsibilities:** + Support key projects of business, ORE and risk assessment of new / existing products + Proactive identification of process improvement opportunities across the business + Partner with internal stakeholders / cross-function leaders to develop and execute proposal + Work with International teams to improve the corporate product suite so as to enhance overall competitive positioning + Closely monitor portfolio KPIs and operational dynamics of the portfolio to ensure business objectives are met as well as optimal use of investment dollars **Minimum Qualifications** + A minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial card operation, product and marketing + Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. + Fluent in English, both written and spoken. **Preferred Qualifications** + Knowledge or experience in the Payment industry will be an advantage. + Solution-driven problem solver with strong business sense acumen and business operations in the payments industry to enable business growth **Qualifications** We back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best.
