**Job Purpose:**
Manage the price plan and price gain/loss forecasts for Asia, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) under the direction of the Pricing Director. These plans and numbers are critical to Copeland to drive profitable growth. Work with regional leaders to create and track price plans. Provide analysis and recommendations to reach price goals.
Improve our use of best-practice strategic frameworks and analytical techniques. Lead pricing strategy initiatives, analysis, data management and automation.
Manage the price adjustment approval processes. Ensure approvals are processed smoothly and efficiently with proper compliance.
This is a regional position covering total AMEA but 80% focused on AMEA ex China.

+ Collaborate with key functions such as product marketing, life-cycle management, regional sales, and finance to assess current pricing strategies and implement plans to address gaps or optimization opportunities.

+ Deploy and drive adoption of tools that ensure data accuracy, decision quality, and operation efficiency of pricing and discount processes.

+ Monitor, analyze, and report on a regular basis - price realization versus budget commitments by market segments, region, customer, model, etc.
+ Maintain KPI Bowlers, comprehensive pricing data and reporting system for AMEA and collaborate with global systems team.
+ Monitor rebate application process. Coordinate with sales and finance teams on rebate analysis and track progress on status of rebate agreements.
+ Provide timely updates of rebate and price/volume position of rebate agreements for executive decision making.
+ Monitor process performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.

**Profile**
**Education and Professional Qualifications:**
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science or Finance.
• MBA or advanced degree in business, analytics, or finance is an advantage.
• Pricing qualification or certification would be a plus (e.g. Certified Pricing Professional designation).
**Requirements and Attributes:**
· 5 years or more experience in B2B pricing strategy and analytics.
+ Strong process management experience in a multinational environment.
+ Experience working cross-functionally in a matrix environment and at different levels of the organization, from frontline up to senior management.
+ Expert-level data analysis skills in Excel, including pivot tables, sophisticated formulas, macros, Power Query, etc.
+ Skills in Data Storytelling and Root Cause / Gap Analysis.
+ Experience using, maintaining, and creating data management and visualization tools (SQL, Power BI, Domo, or similar).
+ Above average communication skills (oral & written).
+ People and results-oriented; Detail-oriented.
