**Job Responsibilities:** + Support the Chief Distribution Officer in the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing broker engagement and driving business growth. + Serve as a primary point of contact for brokers, fostering strong and lasting relationships by delivering prompt, professional, and high-quality service. + Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through broker channels by cultivating new partnerships and strengthening existing ones. + Occasionally engage directly with clients to support business development efforts and ensure service excellence. + Achieve individual and team sales target + Provide effective solutions to brokers and clients with product information and handling sales enquiries for products including but not limited to healthcare, critical illness and ILAS products + Be a liaison among the team, internal and external stakeholders and to the brokers + Identify improvements to prevent issues from recurring + Assist on any ad-hoc business projects **Job Requirements:** + Undergraduate Degree with minimum 5 years’ related working experience in banking or insurance field. Candidates with lesser experience will be considered at Senior Officer level. + IIQE Paper 1,2 required + Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese + Solid knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook + Self-motivated and able to manage priorities in meeting tight deadlines + Detailed oriented, organized and able to work independently + Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills with internal and external stakeholders + Innovative and sound problem-solving skill to respond to brokers and clients **About The Cigna Group** Cigna Healthcare, a division of The Cigna Group, is an advocate for better health through every stage of life.
