Thoughtfully hire, develop, and mentor the team + Cultivate an environment of open, authentic dialogue with the restaurant team, regional and corporate partners + Ensure consistent execution of Company policies and procedures + Incorporate and administer applicable safety programs for the restaurant, employees, and guests.
