This position is open due to a promotion therefore our client would like to fill this opportunity asap. **Position: Sr Financial Reporting** **Location: Denver, CO** **Salary: $105,000 - $125,000** **Relocation Assistance: Discretionary within CO** **Benefits: Robust** Bonus: yes **EDUCATION** Bachelors degree in accounting or finance Masters in accounting preferred CPA required **QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED** -Strong experience with quarterly and annual financial statement preparation responsibilities -Financial statement review in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC rules and regulations or have assisted Consolidated financial reporting process 3-5 years Financial review and analysis 3-5 years -Reporting for global or local public traded company -Proven experience in public accounting auditing of a publicly traded company OR -Proven experience as an internal financial auditor of a public traded company OR -Proven experience working in an industry role where you are the point person to support all external audits. -Recent experience working in the financial reporting department for a public traded company -Recent SEC reporting experience a must Must be a person that shows initiative, willing to work hard and get the job done Hybrid schedule- 4 days in office If you have been an auditor for public accounting involving the review of the financial statements then this would be a great opportunity to step into an industry leadership role!
