We are seeking a skilled Assistant Finance Manager to join our dynamic team, focusing on our European operations (excluding the UK and Ireland). This is a remote position based in Poland, with occasional visits to our Warsaw office.** **This is a key role within our finance team, offering significant responsibility and growth potential. You will play a crucial part in coordinating and overseeing financial processes across Europe, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.** **What You Will Do:** + Lead and coordinate the monthly financial close process for European entities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. + Coordinate the client financial close process and client reporting activities. + Prepare and present financial insights to our Global Operations Lead and Global FD. + Participate in regular meetings with the Finance Management System (FMS) team, Operations teams, and client stakeholders. + Manage and mentor two direct reports. + Support and utilize relevant financial systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, ISCALA, Power BI), understanding their functionality for reporting and analysis (not direct journal entry posting). + Assist in the use of Adaptive (or similar) for forecasting and TM1. + Be the primary point of contact and coordinator for European financial activities. + Ensure timely and accurate completion of the month-end close process. + Prepare and deliver client-specific financial reports. + Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insightful reporting. **What You Will Need:** + Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in finance. + Degree in Finance/Accounting. + At least one year of experience at a senior level. Experience in team coordination. + Proven experience in month-end close processes. + Qualified accountant or a degree in accounting or finance. + Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, ISCALA, Power BI). + Fluent English.Fluency in Polish is highly desirable. + Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. + Experience within the real estate sector is a plus. + Experience with Adaptive (or similar) for forecasting and TM1 + Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards. **What We Offer:** + Full-time remote position based in Poland.
