Degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, or a related discipline. Professional qualification (HKICPA or equivalent) is preferred. Experience in the IT solutions or technology industry is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with high attention to detail. Self-motivated and detail-oriented team player Proficient in MS Excel, BI tools, and financial systems. Strong command of English and Cantonese.

What we need to see from you
We are seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to support our finance operations and ensure reliable, accurate, and compliant financial processes for our Hong Kong business. Oversee finance operations across Order‑to‑Cash (O2C), Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P), and Record‑to‑Report (R2R) to ensure timely and accurate execution. Support month‑end closing, including review of journals and accounting schedules to maintain reporting quality. Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve finance‑related enquiries and maintain strong cross‑functional alignment. Maintain and strengthen internal controls, policies, and compliance processes, assist in statutory audit, tax filing and regulatory filings. Contribute to process improvements, budgeting, and financial planning & analysis initiatives. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
