To assist in managing and delivering high-quality soft services (housekeeping, pest control, landscaping, waste management, etc.) within the facility, ensuring compliance with standards, client requirements, and health & safety regulations.

About the Role:

Operations Management

Supervise daily soft services operations including housekeeping, pantry, pest control, and landscaping.Ensure adherence to SOPs and service level agreements (SLAs).Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards across the facility.Manage and guide housekeeping staff, pantry boys, and other soft service personnel.Conduct regular training and performance reviews.Liaise with third-party vendors for pest control, laundry, and other outsourced services.Verify vendor compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.Assist in preparing budgets for soft services.Monitor consumption of cleaning materials and pantry supplies; maintain stock levels.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain hygiene standards.Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on soft services performance.Track attendance and productivity of staff.Strong knowledge of housekeeping and hygiene standards.Vendor management and negotiation skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle emergencies and resolve issues promptly.Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.

About You:
 Graduate in any discipline (preferably Hotel Management or Facility Management).
 Minimum 8–10 years of experience in soft services within facility management
 Strong written and oral communication skills
 High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
