Support the day-to-day facilities operations and financial administration of a corporate workplace portfolio, ensuring operational excellence, financial discipline, safety compliance, and a seamless workplace experience for occupants and stakeholders.

About the Role:

Support end-to-end facility operations, including maintenance coordination, utilities, common areas, and liaison with landlords and service partners.

Manage financial and administrative processes across multiple sites, including invoice validation, rental payments, PO/GR processing, accruals, and coordination with APAC finance teams.

Oversee preventive maintenance activities, work orders, asset records, and compliance documentation for critical systems (fire safety, CCTV, access control).

Act as a key on-site point of contact, ensuring smooth workplace operations, service responsiveness, and continuity during urgent or ad-hoc situations.

Provide operational support for workplace services such as front-of-house coverage, mailroom coordination, and vendor access when required to maintain service standards.

About You:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in facilities management, property operations, or workplace services; exposure to finance-related processes is strongly preferred.

Basic financial acumen, with hands-on experience handling invoices, PO/GR processes, cost tracking, or landlord payments.

Comfortable coordinating with regional stakeholders and working in an English-speaking environment.

Organized, service-oriented, and adaptable — able to respond to urgent issues while maintaining structured operations.
