Assistant Facilities Manager

CBRE GWS deliversconsistent, measurably superior outcomes for our clients at every stage of thelifecycle, and across industries and geographies. **About the Role:** As a CBRE Facilities Sr. Associate, you will provideadvanced support and supervision to the team coordinating with clients, vendors,and contractors to ensure work orders are completed efficiently and effectively. This role will be supporting Facilities Managementoperations and leadership of a team at both the Collegeville, PA and King ofPrussia, PA sites. **What You’ll Do:** + Provide supervision, performance reviews, and mentorship to team members as assigned. + Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives. + Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus. + Point of contact for escalated communications between, client and service providers by ensuring all procedures, policies, and reporting formats are understood, and implemented. + Review data from work order reports and create and present performance and progress status reports to management. + Review all work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors for accuracy and compliance. + Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques. + Impact own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related. + Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team. + Work withing standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. + Exchange straight forward information, ask questions, and check for understanding. **What You’ll Need:** + High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred. + Thorough understanding of accounting fundamentals required. + In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required. + Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information. + Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. The negotiated rate for the Union Operating Engineer position is $103,376 annually. Please refer to the Collective Bargaining Agreement regarding pay scale.
