Operational Support Help manage daily facilities operations across multiple sites, covering front desk, janitorial, amenities, parking, shipping & receiving, and general maintenanceVendor Coordination Work closely with external service providers to ensure consistent quality and timely response to issues.Project Assistance Support office renovations, relocations, and space planning projects in collaboration with managers and contractors.Administrative Duties Assist in tracking budgets, contracts, and purchase orders. Help prepare basic financial and operational reports.Employee Experience Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics—seating assignments, building access, safety orientations, and more.Safety & Maintenance Identify maintenance needs, support preventative safety programs, and ensure space readiness across offices.Liaison Role Act as point of contact for building management and internal teams regarding facility updates and space usage.Skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in facilities, property management, workplace operations, or a related field
Familiarity with budgeting, procurement, and vendor relationships

Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
Certifications like FMA or CFM are a bonus

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.56/hr.
