Job Requirements REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; a minimum of ten years of progressive accounting experience; advanced knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, and financial systems; demonstrated experience with facilities/construction accounting; and robust analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data. PREFERRED: Master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or MBA; CPA certification; experience in higher education financial management; knowledge of MIT financial policies and operational systems; experience managing construction project accounting; and exceptional team management and collaboration abilities.
