JOB PURPOSE
This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who is naturally curious and seeks out opportunities for big thinking – the incumbent will be responsible for delivering the category SOP and manage E2E category operations.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Trade Promotion & Custodian of TTSManaging, reporting and phasing of Activity Network/ TTSNational & Regional DP CustodianLocking targets with field team QuarterlyMonitoring of Achievement vs. Targets by Account & GeoEnsuring Timely submission of BUPsDBR Activity SubmissionCCFOT Management by Region/AccountCo owning CCFOT KPI with CSD by timely addressing of possible loss reasonsResponsible for crafting Channel Business Plans (CBP) taking into consideration the key value drivers for various categories relevant to the channel, esponsible for the overall A&P Trade spend, utilizing it to advance the set strategy in CBP Responsible for crafting PS One Pagers for the channel that enable competitive gain through EDGE Coordinating with field team for executing all launches/re-launches Leading all micro data analytics of Nielson Retail Audit for Distributive Trade and Actual EPOS (Electronic point of sale) data for Modern Trade customers for achieving specific ‘Channel Profit & Loss’ deliverables whilst ensuring competitive gains in terms of market share Responsible for leading and landing all category projects instore from ideation, pitching to the customer (as customer marketing) and then execution with vendors Coordination with field team for execution of all product launches / re-launches. Deployment of activations / launch plans / micro marketing plans with rigorous post launch evaluation / monitoring in order to take corrective actions for future purposesRationalizing customer/geography wise orders to ensure fair spread of stockEnsuring SOP compliance for enabling CSD to deliverPlanning and implementing contingencies for covering delivery gapsRegion & Account Wise Review of CCFOT with Loss Tree AnalysisFormulating, adjusting & executing TPR NetworkTactical TPR/ MT Off post to guard share/volumeAdjusting/Changing EDLP/Bonus structure/slabs to drive volumePre & Post OPSOsDeep dive analysis region/town/distributor level for opportunity & crisis managementAbility to lead the ARM forum and exceptional stakeholder management with SC, Brands, Field sales and CD Excellence.Stock Coordination for OTIF with SC
