This role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of our European operations, you’ll play a key role in supporting our European teams with financial reporting at the property company level. You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring timely, accurate, and insightful financial data that contributes decision-making across EMEA operations. As part of a high-performing team, you’ll contribute to the development of robust reporting processes, collaborate with international stakeholders, and gain exposure to a wide range of clients, assets, and markets. It’s a chance to grow your career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your expertise will make a real impact. **What You’ll Be Doing:** - Managing the reporting calendar for assigned projects and ensuring timely delivery of financial reports. - Collaborating with EMEA teams and fund controllers to provide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial data (IFRS). - Performing analytical reviews and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of reported data. - Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis at the entity level. - Supporting external audits and liaising with Big 4 advisors. - Working closely with Property Managers, Accountants, and Controllers across the region. - Contributing to the standardization and automation of reporting processes. **What We’re Looking For:** - A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Economics (Bachelor’s or Master’s). - 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a similar role or within a Big 4 firm. - Solid knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and real estate investment metrics knowledge is welcome. - Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – a true team player. - Fluency in Polish and English; German or French is a plus. - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Yardi is a bonus. **Why Join Us?** This is an opportunity to advance your career in a reputable organization that values professionalism and teamwork.
