Assistant Controller

Description

Oversee and assign tasks to accounts receivable and accounts payable clerks, ensuring efficient workflow.

Evaluate employee performance, provide rewards, and implement disciplinary actions as needed.

Handle relationships with office vendors and manage services.

Monitor account trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.

Support the Director of Finance in managing essential IT services, including ERP and paperless systems, and coordinate with third-party IT vendors.

Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed, including state sales and use tax reports.

Assist the Director of Finance with monthly financial reports.

Participate in physical inventory processes.

Enter and finalize equipment orders in the ERP system, ensuring accurate job costing.

Aid the Director of Finance in making decisions related to banks, insurance companies, and other financial matters.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.64 - $43.27/hr.
