Job Summary:
ACMMs shall provide project management responsible for all administrative requirements as directed by the CMM, including all required reports, and material purchasing.
Primary Job Functions:
Provide project management for SRM funded and unfunded requirements Coordinate with the COR on all project issues and concerns Perform on-site user research, documentation, planning, coordination, and market research Review service order quotes and plans for schedule, funding, and staffing compliance Lead preconstruction and coordination meetings with users, FM staff, and government stakeholders Direct project execution to ensure schedule and budget compliance Prepare weekly and monthly status reports for FM and senior government leadership Coordinate permitting and approvals with applicable USAG authorities Provide technical guidance to Facilities Management and leadership Support warranty management and project close-out activitiesEducation, Experience and Certification:
Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Required: 3 Years of Experience in healthcare construction, renovation, and maintenance & repair project management in a hospital environment.
Required: Experienced in Demonstrated supervisory experience over a diversified workforce
Required: Experienced in NFPA, EPA, OSHA, and The Joint Commission (TJC) standards for hospital accreditation
Preferred: ASHE CHFM ASHE Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM), Project Management Professional (PMP), ASHE Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC)
Working Conditions:
Occasional exposure to elements such as heat, cold, noise, dust, dirt, chemicals, etc.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English Advanced knowledge of medical facility repair, construction, and facilities management across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, communications, security systems, and landscaping Experience with Federal Government design and construction management, including DoD Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) design standards, bid preparation, solicitation, evaluation, and award, inspection, acceptance, and project close-outDisclaimer:
