Seeking an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager to support high‑profile Biotech/Biopharm and Semiconductor projects across the Northeast. Work includes both ground-up construction and complex renovation environments with heavy exposure to FDA-regulated process systems (not traditional HVAC).
\### **Responsibilities**
- Support project managers on day‑to‑day operations
- Coordinate submittals, RFIs, and documentation
- Assist in developing and managing schedules
- Collaborate with field teams and subcontractors
- Help ensure compliance with FDA and industry standards
- Participate in onsite or periodic travel assignments as needed

Skills and Requirements
- Strong computer skills: **PowerPoint, Excel, Procore**
- Understanding of **construction submittal processes**
- Ability to assist with **project schedules**
- Willingness to travel across the Northeast
(Projects in **Maryland, Rhode Island, New York**; typically within 40 min of the Southborough office when local)
- Professional attitude, team orientation, and eagerness to learn - Knowledge of **Process Mechanical Systems** for **BioPharm/Semiconductor**
- Materials of construction experience for **FDA environments**
- Mechanical Engineering degree (ideal for new grads)
- Field experience in construction or facilities
