Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator
Job Title: Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator (ACRC)Job Description Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator (ACRC) where you will play a vital role in supporting clinical study activities. This full-time position requires working on the weekend shift, primarily on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday mornings, assisting the Clinical Research Coordinator and Investigator in conducting clinical trials. Responsibilities + Assist the Clinical Research Coordinator and Investigator with various clinical study activities. + Provide comprehensive Quality Control (QC) activities related to the completion of source documents and Case Report Forms (CRFs) for clinical trials. + Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) requirements and medical documentation standards. + Conduct phlebotomy and blood draws as needed. + Engage in ongoing training or have experience in clinical research practices. Essential Skills + Licensed Paramedic or EMT. + Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Internet technology. + Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively. + Detail-oriented with strong document review skills. + Experience or training in GCP and medical documentation requirements. Additional Skills & Qualifications + IV experience is preferred. + Willingness to obtain BLS and ACLS certification before permanent employment. + Customer service skills. Work Environment The work environment is a 24-hour clinical research facility with a clinic-type setting, employing around 80 people. The dress code is business casual, allowing scrubs but not jeans. The position entails a weekend shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Monday from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., with a 30-minute unpaid meal break. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
