Usestechnical and operationalskills to perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings,utility systems,GMP utilities,equipmentand grounds. Working under limited supervision, monitors building system operations and performance. Applies several trade skills such as carpentry,mechanical,plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing,heatingand cooling. **What** **you’ll** **do** + Follows allGMPand GDPprocessesand documentation,applicable codes, regulations, governmentalagencyand Company directives related to building operations and work safety. + Leadsshift operations, assigns work orders, and provides technical and procedural training of coworkers and subcontractors. + Reviews monthly service request summaries and correct recurrent operational problems. + Oversees and inspects the work performed by engineering staff. + Formulates and implements a preventive maintenance program to ensure that building machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life. + Inspects building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment. + Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed. Maintains inventory of supplies and tools and orders materials to finish the tasks. + Consultsand coordinateswith clients to schedule maintenance and other downtime to minimize business interruption and inconvenience. + Performs assigned repairs,emergencyand preventive maintenance. Complete maintenance and repair records as needed. + Responds to emergencies, summoningassistanceas needed. + Completes other duties as assigned. + Provides informalassistancesuch as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. The minimum salary for the Assistant Chief Engineer position is $ 105, 000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $ 125, 000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
