How you will make contributions that matter:
By joining our dynamic Commercial Marketing team on a 12-month fixed term contract, you will play a pivotal role in driving profitability and brand growth across incredible brands like CHEER and Cracker Barrel within our Everyday Cheese category.
You will be responsible for assisting with the strategic planning and execution of our brand plans and work closely with the broader commercial and brand teams to ensure seamless in-market execution. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager in this role you will:
Support portfolio growth through strategic planning, pricing, and cross-functional collaboration.
Drive P&L improvements, manage budgets, and optimize pricing for volume and value.
Shape innovation strategy and lead NPD/product improvement projects from concept to launch.
Strengthen brand equity, develop compelling propositions, and deliver integrated campaigns with agency partners.
Manage engaging social content and support digital campaign execution.
Translate brand strategy into channel/customer plans and support sales teams with tailored marketing
About you:
Tertiary and or Postgraduate qualifications in Commerce or Marketing
Experience in FMCG marketing
A passion for brands and consumer marketing
Proactive and agile, ability to work autonomously, with a high level of initiative to drive results cross functionally
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to relevant audiences both internal and external
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&Ls and budgets, and a data-driven mindset with a passion for innovation and brand building
Team player and ability to demonstrate strong cross functional skills
