What you will have an opportunity to do:

Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements, preferences, and desired outcomes, tailoring packages and services to exceed their expectations.Manage all aspects of banquet operations, including set-up, service, and breakdown, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise a team of banquet staff, providing ongoing coaching and support to maintain high standards of service excellence.Oversee menu planning, working closely with our talented culinary team to curate a diverse selection of delectable options that cater to various tastes and dietary needs.Maintain meticulous attention to detail in event logistics, including equipment, audiovisual needs, decor, and any special requests, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.Foster strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local partners to enhance our offerings and secure competitive pricing for event-related services.Uphold strict adherence to health and safety regulations, ensuring all team members follow established protocols and guidelines.

What are we looking for?

Previous experience as a Banquet Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is highly preferred.Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing and motivating teams to deliver exceptional service.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.A passion for creativity and attention to detail, with a keen eye for design and the ability to bring ideas to life.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the demands of the banquet schedule.
