The Assistant Baker will be responsible for: * Assisting in baking cakes in all sizes and flavors by diligently following recipes  * Remove cakes from pans and package properly  * Put baked cakes away and rotate cakes in cooler according to NBC standards * Track inventory of baked goods * Maintain refrigeration logs * Provide management with a daily production sheet * Keep baking area clean and sanitized including tables, equipment and tools * Bring in orders of groceries and out them away The Assistant Baking position hours are Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:00pm, The starting pay is $13.00 per hour. We will not tolerate bad behavior/language, tardiness or missed days without a Doctors note.
